Veratis Applicant Screening, Testing & Polygraph Services is located at 3831 Old Forest Road, Terrace (Lower) Level, Lynchburg, Virginia, 24501. Our office is located in the rear of the Old Forest Commercial Center, just north of the intersection of Old Forest Road and Route 221 (Forest Road/Lakeside Drive). Please proceed to the Terrace (lower) level and enter through the Veratis door. Office hours are by appointment only.
